An easy way to check if a plush toy is dry is to put it in a plastic bag. Put the whole plush toy in a plastic bag and leave it for a while. If the bag does not become cloudy, it means it is completely dry. You can also wipe off excess water with a dry towel or hang it in a well-ventilated cool place to speed up the drying process.
